An inviting, unspoilt fishing village, with miles of golden sandy beaches!

This delightful resort has all the attractions of a holiday town, combined with those of a working fishing village. Despite its picturesque bay, famous botanical gardens and welcoming atmosphere, Blanes has not become over-commercialised like some of its neighbours.

Whatever your choice of holiday entertainment you will find it here – shops for the souvenir hunter, restaurants and bars, pavement cafes, late disco’s nightclubs and even go-kart racing, but without too much noise to disturb those who want a quite stroll in the evening.

By day, you can swim windsurf, visit the famous open market, or simply soak up the hot Mediterranean sunshine. In the evening you can sample freshly made sangria in a friendly tavern, or have a meal in one of the many inexpensive restaurants in Blanes.

Your Holiday Programme:

Friday & Saturday
You’ll leave your local departure point early morning for a lunchtime channel crossing to the continent. After joining the European autoroute, you’ll arrive in Spain Saturday lunchtime and check into your hotel.

Sunday to Friday
During your holiday, many exciting excursions are available, featuring Barcelona, the Monastery at Montserrat, Andorra, Port Aventura, flamenco evenings and cabaret shows.

As night falls you can choose from a variety of entertainment including bars, disco’s, cabarets and barbecues with live music. Full details will be available from your representative at your welcome meeting. 

Saturday & Sunday
After breakfast you’ll bid farewell to your holiday hosts and board your coach for the return journey to Calais. It’s then onward to home, arriving in your local area during the afternoon with many precious memories and a host of treasured photographs.

Hotel Boix Mar***   
The superb hotel Boix Mar is of excellent 3 star quality, situated in the ‘Los Pinos’ part of Blanes just a short walk from the shopping areas, nightlife and beach.

It has a really welcoming atmosphere, friendly well-stocked bars, comfortable lounges areas, games room, mini golf, tennis courts, and full sized ‘feature’ swimming pool, surrounded by the greenery of trees and gardens. This hotel’s spacious, family-run restaurant is spotlessly clean, and offers half board meal arrangements.

There are lifts to all floors and each bedroom is attractively furnished, with its own en-suite bathroom, balcony and telephone.

Hotel Beverley Park***
Ideally situated in the newer ‘Los Pinos’ part of the resort, the hotel Beverly Park is just 150 metres from the beach and just a short walk from the shopping areas and old town.

It boasts a palm fringed swimming pool with sun terraces and lounges, a delightful poolside bar with waiter service, a fitness gymnasium, and a regular programme of evening entertainment during your stay.

Its air-conditioned dining restaurant is extremely well run and offers an excellent selection of 3 course buffet style evening meals. There are lifts to all floors and each bedroom is comfortably furnished with its own en-suite bathroom, telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box and balcony.
