You'll leave your chosen departure point for your channel crossing to France, arriving at your hotel in Germany during the evening.
Saturday
After breakfast this morning it's onward to Prague where you’ll check into your holiday hotel in Beroun.
Monday - Prague Castle & Old Town
This morning, you'll have a fully included tour of Prague's Hradcany Castle area, followed by a stroll past the colourful handicraft shops of 'Golden Lane' to see street artists entertain you as you cross Charles Bridge into the 'Stare Mesto' historic old-town.
Tuesday - Cesky Krumlov
Today you can experience the scenic beauty of Southern Bohemia as this optional excursion follows the course of the Vltava to visit the 'world heritage' resort of Cesky Krumlov. Free time is available to explore this medieval jewel.
Wednesday - Beroun
A leisurely day for exploring Beroun and walking the resorts Tourist Trail. You may also wish to relax and visit the adjacent sports centre with its swimming pools and water slides.
Thursday - Karlovy Vary
This full day optional excursion takes you into Northern Bohemia to the spa resort of Karlovy Vary, formerly known as Karlsbad. Here you can explore the town's amazing architecture, 'take the waters' from the spa grotto, or relax at a riverside café with a refreshing glass of Pilsner beer.
Friday - Karlstejn & Prague
After a leisurely morning visit to Karlstejn Castle (Entrance extra), the afternoon is free in Prague for personal sightseeing. This evening you have a “Prague by Night” optional excursion, taking in the amazing dancing fountains.
Saturday - Rothenburg
After breakfast you'll check out of your hotel and bid farewell to Prague as you head towards your overnight hotel in Germany, making a sightseeing visit to the en-castled town of Rothenburg en-route.
Sunday
This morning you're homeward bound as you leave your overnight hotel for your channel crossing to England, arriving within your local area late evening or early the next morning. |
