Your Holiday Programme:

Sunday
After a leisurely late morning departure from your chosen joining point you'll travel south to Portsmouth and board your 'Pride of Bilbao' luxury cruise ship. Once checked into your comfortable twin-berth cabin with en-suite facilities, you can take dinner in one of the restaurants, have a flutter in the casino or dance to live music in the ship's cabaret lounge.

Monday
Today is free to enjoy all the facilities this luxury cruise ship offers maybe take a swim in the heated pool, work out in the gymnasium or just relax and watch a blockbuster movie in the on-board cinema. The evening again offers full cabaret entertainment followed by dancing in the ships discotheque right into the early hours.

Tuesday - Portugal
This morning you'll disembark from the 'Pride of Bilbao' cruise ship and travel via Burgos, Valladolid and Salamanca to arrive at the Hotel Atlantida in Portugal in time for dinner.

Wednesday - Ilhavo & Aveiro
This morning you’re free in Figueira to explore this delightful resort, sunbathe on the sandy beaches or swim and relax around the hotel's refreshing swimming pool. During the afternoon you have an included excursion to the fishing village of Miro before travelling along the coastal salt flats to llhavo and the delightful city of Aveiro.

Thursday - Porto
An optional excursion to Porto is available today with free time in the old town until early afternoon. This is followed by a visit to the riverside Port producers for a tour through the wine cellars with an included tasting to follow, returning to your hotel in time for dinner.

Friday - Coimbra
Today's optional excursion visits the historic university city of Coimbra. Here you can explore the many magnificent university buildings or take photographs of the city from the aerial viewing terrace before strolling through the narrow cobbled streets of this historic old town. The colourful shops of Coimbra are a real delight, as are the many pavement cafes which provide a youthful and vibrant atmosphere.

Saturday - Lisbon
An optional excursion to the capital city of Lisbon is available today with plenty of time allowed for shopping and personal sightseeing. After visiting Lisbon s historic quarter, you'll see the new City of Balen - built after an earthquake, before returning to your hotel in time for dinner.

Sunday - Fatima
An optional visit to Portugal’s religious grotto of Fatima where the Virgin Mary is reported to have visited three young shepherds. Plenty of time is allowed to explore the famous Basilica and to view the Wall of peace and the Pilgrims Walk.

Monday - Figueira da Foz
A free day to relax and enjoy your resort.

Tuesday - Figueira da Foz
Your last chance to lie around the hotel pool and cultivate that enviable suntan or to purchase your presents and souvenirs from the shops in the centre of Figueira da Foz.

Wednesday - Burgos
Sadly you'll say farewell to Figueira de Foz as you leave Portugal for Northern Spain, checking into your overnight hotel early evening. A visit to El Cid's famous City of Burgos will be included en-route.

Thursday
After breakfast this morning you'll travel through the beautiful Cantabrican mountains to Bilbao where you will again board the 'Pride of Bilbao' cruise ship and check into your overnight cabin. The full facilities on board ship are again at your disposal as you sail early afternoon for England.

Friday
Today you can relax and enjoy your final part of your cruise as you sail along the coast of Brittany, arriving in Portsmouth late afternoon then in your home area late same evening.
